Our Help Desk staffed by AV engineers provide customers with 24/7 support for any audio visual technical requirement. We work with each customer to isolate a problem and offer services to correct the issue as quickly as possible.

We can diagnose equipment remotely if connected to the network, manage Returns to the Manufacturer if needed, order replacement parts and have a technician on premise to repair the equipment quickly.

Implementation and Installation


Bassec offers implementation and installation services to ensure your new technology is installed, tested and works properly. Our highly trained Project managers take complete control of ordering and delivery logistics so we don’t interfere with your work day or work space and install your solution with the least amount of disruption possible. We can even stage your implementation and install in phases. Bassec has teams of installers throughout the US available in most major cities and can manage your global deployment through it’s extensive partnerships around the world.


Bassec also offers a technically staffed Help Desk to resolve any technical or support issue quickly. We diagnose and remediate what we can remotely, and dispatch technicians and replacement equipment if necessary.
